I've recorded a quick video, and, in short, the ProPresenter Mac will get a notification when the kids' team wants to display a badge number. All you have to do is choose "show."
The house lights keep going off and on every five minutes or so.
There is a usb dongle in the iMac that licenses the Vista lighting software. When the lighting software does not detect a license it goes into “unlicensed mode” and blacks out every 5 min.
The solution is normally:
Quit Vista app
Remove dongle (Looks like a purple USB drive with alight on it)
Start Vista app
Replace dongle (Looks like a purple USB drive with alight on it)
When is the best time to advance worship song lyrics?
Projecting the lyrics aims to empower the congregation to sing along. This implies that the worshipers can see the next words a few beats before singing them. Otherwise, worshipers must drop out the first few words of each stanza.

My rule of thumb is to advance slides on the 3rd to last word. For example, if the first verse of Amazing Grace is shown on two slides, we would advance from slide one to two on the word "wretch."
[slide 1]
Amazing grace! how sweet the sound,
That saved a wretch; like me!
[slide 2]
I once was lost, but now am found,
Was blind, but now I see.
The primary times this rule can be broken are when:
The next slide is blank (or a scripture verse)
The song has a brief "turn" or interlude.
Again, back to the Amazing Grace example. Traditional arrangements have no break or "turn" between verses. In that case, would advance to slide 3 (the second verse), on the word "but."
Advance most slides on the THIRD to last word
If the next slide is blank, a scripture verse (filler), or similar, you can wait to advance the slide until the current slide is completely sung.
